Exchange & Return Policy

At Habibi Soline Design Services, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please review our exchange and return policy below, which applies to all purchases made through our online store at www.habibiposters.com.

1. Eligibility for Exchange

• Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be:
• Unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

2. Non-Exchangeable Items

Items returned in damaged or used condition or without original packaging cannot be exchanged.

3. Process for Exchanges

• To request an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at habibiposters@gmail.com with your order number and details of the issue.
• Once your request is reviewed, we will provide you with instructions for the return.

4. Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs of the item being exchanged.
• The replacement item will be shipped to you free of charge (limited to one free exchange shipment per order).

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at habibiposters@gmail.com.
• We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.

6. Refunds

• Please note that we do not offer cash refunds.
