1. Introduction

Welcome to Habibi Soline Design Services online store. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website www.habibiposters.com (the “Site”) and the purchase of products through our store. By accessing or using our Site, you agree to comply with these Terms.


2. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi, UAE.


3. Products & Pricing

  • All products displayed are subject to availability.
  • Prices are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams).
  • We reserve the right to change prices or discontinue products at any time without notice.


4. Orders & Payments

  • By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.
  • Payments can be made through Shopify’s secure payment gateway (credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, or other methods as displayed).
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.


5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver only to Abu Dhabi city. Estimated delivery timelines will be displayed at checkout.
  • Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
  • Any customs duties or additional fees (if applicable for international orders) shall be borne by the customer.


6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • Returns for exchange are accepted within 7 days of receipt, provided items are unused, not damaged and in original packaging. Please contact us at habibiposters@gmail.com.
  • In case of an exchange, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Replacement item shipping costs are free of charge for the customer ( in the limit of one exchange shipment by order).
  • For defective or incorrect items, please contact us at habibiposters@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange a replacement.


7. User Accounts

  • You may create an account to manage orders and preferences.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and agree not to share them with third parties.


8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, is the property of Habibi Soline Design Services.

All Habibi designs are protected by copyrights under relevant Abu Dhabi authorities.



9. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or purchase of products.


10. Privacy & Data Protection

  • We respect your privacy. Personal data is collected, processed, and stored in accordance with UAE data protection regulations.

You agree not to use the Site for:

  • Fraudulent or misleading transactions.
